What if I need more pages / products?

The Small Website Builder plan is limited to only 10 pages.

The Business Builder plan covers up to 25 pages or products for your website. If your project is a larger scale than that, you may want to consider the Premium Builder Plan. However custom options are available and your Hoot expert will work with you to accommodate all your needs.

Do I get forms?

Absolutely! Forms and similar standard website functionality options are always included.

What functionality can my website have?

The Small Website Builder plan is ideal for basic business websites up to 10 pages with limited functionality needs.

The Business Builder plan is ideal for informational business websites with standard functionality options commonly found in WordPress. Including integration with WooCommerce for an e-commerce platform selling up to 25 products. At the beginning of your project a formal statement of work will be provided with an overview of all required functionality included for your specific website.

For more advanced functionality options including large scale e-commerce, subscription, membership and community websites, you will need the Premium Website Builder plan. Custom functionality development is always included. Contact Hoot to discuss your specific website functionality needs.

What does Hoot do after the site is launched?

Most website projects are completed and launched within 30 business days. From the date of launch Hoot continues to manage all website needs including: ongoing SEO, compliance, page edits and updates, marketing coordination, general site management, technical support, and more!

Small Website Builder plan subscribers are limited to 3 hours per month website maintenance*

Can I use my existing domain?

Absolutely! If you are looking to redesign your existing website, you can keep your existing domain and hosting too if you prefer.

However we highly recommend moving your hosting to Hoot to receive the full benefits of our services. Plus, if you transfer your existing domain to Hoot, you’ll receive free annual domain renewal while still maintaining complete ownership!

If you prefer to just point your domain DNS to Hoot but keep it with your current provider, that is also totally fine.

Can I request a certain platform or template?

Yes! While Hoot experts tend to only used approved, industry standard platforms, frameworks, and tools; we are always open to using a requested tool, add-on, plugin, or template. Contact Hoot to let us know your plan and we’ll make appropriate recommendations.

Do I get administrator access to everything?

Always. Hoot makes sure you are in complete control of your website and we train you how to manage everything.

Do I own my website?

Yes. You are granted complete administrator access and control over your website. Hoot is simply the manager of your website. You own all domains, files, tools, and materials of your website.

What does one year commitment required mean?

Hoot Website Builder plans are billed monthly to create an affordable option for your business to have a professional website. However they require a one year contract or 12 billing cycles to be completed before you can cancel or downgrade your subscription. Annual billing options available by request only.
