Can I get monthly maintenance on my website, but keep my hosting?

You don’t need to host your website with Hoot Host to receive monthly maintenance and management!

However we are confident our hosting services go above and beyond your current plan. Our included hosting offerings will create better performance and security for your website. Compare our hosting benefits and learn how Hoot Host can improve your website.

Self-hosted platforms like Wix, HubSpot, HighLevel, Shopify, and Squarespace do not apply to our optional hosting offer. However Hoot Host may cover the cost of your plan with self-hosted website platforms. Please contact us for details.

What is included in my website maintenance plan?

Each website maintenance plan covers essential services such as regular updates, design improvements, content optimization, Google SEO Essentials, ADA compliance, security monitoring, performance optimization, uptime monitoring, daily backups, and technical support. Plus all plans include HootCRM our all-in-one CRM and marketing platform.

Higher-tier maintenance plans include additional benefits like advanced SEO, blogging, and marketing coordination.

Is HootCRM included in my website maintenance plan? What can I do with HootCRM?

HootCRM is included in all website maintenance plans! With HootCRM, you can manage customer relationships, track leads, schedule appointments, send invoices, and manage your sales pipeline. You can also leverage our suite of marketing tools to send email campaigns, manage your social media, update your Google Business Profile, integrate forms with your website, build AI workflows and automations, and more! How often will my website be updated?

Your website will receive routine updates based on the selected maintenance plan and available service hours per month.

Critical security or time-sensitive updates are applied as fast as possible to ensure your website is protected and up-to-date as needed.

Most website update requests or tasks are completed within 3-5 business days. In rare circumstances, some updates may take up to 30 days to complete.

In the Hoot Host Member Dashboard, maintenance plan subscribers can use the Task Scheduler to easily submit all website update requests and schedule them with the Hoot Host team.

What happens if my website goes down?

We provide 24/7 uptime monitoring and immediate response services to minimize downtime emergencies. Our infrastructure system is supported by industry leaders including Google Cloud and Cloudflare, making our website hosting services meet enterprise level uptime averages. If an issue is detected, our team will take action to restore your site as quickly as possible, often before any traffic or website users even notice.

Do you provide website backups?

Yes! Daily website backups are included in every maintenance plan. However backups only apply to websites being hosted by Hoot Host.

Can you make content and design updates for me?

Absolutely! All of our maintenance plans include content editing, design improvements, and page updates. Even if you need major design or content adjustments, we’ll work with you to accommodate your requests.

Will my site’s SEO be maintained?

Yes! Our maintenance plans include basic SEO upkeep, what we call the Google SEO Essentials. These are the foundational SEO configurations to ensure your website is meeting current Google standards and ranking appropriately on search engines. Higher-tier plans offer more in-depth SEO services for the highest level search engine optimization results.

What if my website needs major changes or new features?

For larger website modifications, new features, or redesigns, we offer custom development and design services. These projects can be quoted separately or scheduled under the available hours of your website maintenance plan.

Is there a contract?

No! We do not hold our customers to any contract terms. You can cancel at any time.
