How does my subscription start?

In the checkout process you will register your account with Hoot Host. Once you complete the purchase of your hosting and maintenance plan, you will be able to login to your account dashboard. In your dashboard you can manage your subscription, provide technical requirements, assign monthly tasks, report issues, and communicate directly with your assigned Hoot Expert.

How many hours of service are included in the WordPress Maintenance Plan?

The WordPress Maintenance Plan covers standard WP website services to maintain a secure, reliable WordPress platform. As well as provide our customers with assistance making page edits, basic updates, and general website management. Each maintenance plan is customized per customer, however most WordPress Maintenance Plans are limited to 1 hour per month.

Can I get monthly maintenance on my website, but keep my hosting?

You don’t need to host your website with Hoot to receive monthly maintenance and management!
