What if I need more pages / products?

The DIY website builder will only produce a standard 5 page business website with a blog. However it is easy to add additional pages, features, or functionality as needed.

For more advanced website options, your dedicated Hoot Expert will offer guidance in your monthly coaching sessions or you can check out our more advanced done-for-you website plans.

What functionality can my website have?

The DIY Website Builder plan is ideal for standard business websites up to 5 content pages, a blog, and standard functionality needs likes forms and calendars.

However additional functionality like e-commerce, membership, and more can be added. Plus, with HootCRM integrated into your website, your business will have all of our CRM, operations management, and marketing tools available.

Can I use my existing domain?

Absolutely! If you are looking to redesign your existing website, you can keep your existing domain. We also offer a free domain option hoot.page/mybusiness

Plus, if you transfer your existing domain to Hoot Host, you’ll receive free domain renewal while still maintaining complete ownership!

How does Hoot Host help me?

Upon sign-up you will be scheduled to meet with a Hoot Expert who will walk you through the DIY website builder process and get you onboarded with HootCRM. We will demo our platform and make sure you are prepared to build your own website.

You will be in communication with your assigned Hoot Expert through the entire process. Then when you confirm you are ready to launch your new website, we handle the launch for you and make sure your website is set up perfectly.

We even make sure your website is integrated with Google tools like Analytics and Search Console so your new website will rank on Google! Plus we install key tools for ADA, WCAG, GDPR, and CCPA compliance.

After launching your new website, Hoot Host continues to manage basic website needs including: ADA compliance, technical support, and all our managed website hosting benefits.

Plus included in your ongoing subscription is monthly coaching sessions (1 hour per month), access to our private website + marketing coaching group on Alignable, premium videos and education resources, and member-only webinars. All meant to help you build your online presence, create a marketing strategy, and grow your business online.

Why is there a sign-up fee if I am building my own website?

Other DIY website platforms do not offer ongoing support and coaching!

The sign-up fee covers your Hoot Expert providing a 1-on-1 training support session and ongoing coaching. Plus onboarding your business with our powerful HootCRM platform.

It also covers launching the new website for you! Our team handles all the technical stuff, so you can build your website and start using your new CRM and marketing platform as fast as possible.

All without any technical issues that come with other DIY platforms who don’t offer concierge support.

What is included in the ongoing monthly rate?

The ongoing monthly rate covers the HootCRM platform, managed website hosting, technical support, domain management, 1 hour private coaching session per month, and access to our private coaching community resources.

Support and Onboarding

Upon sign-up your assigned Hoot Expert will reach out to you for your 1-on-1 training and support session.

Customer onboarding and support sessions are by availability. Customer may not get same-day access to their DIY Website builder staging environment or HootCRM Dashboard if a Hoot Expert is not available for the onboarding process.

*Onboarding will typically be within 24 hours, however it may take up to 2-3 business days depending on availability.

*Website launch is a scheduled process that is also based on availability and Hoot Host production schedule. Once a website is confirmed to be approved for launch, launch is typically completed within 24 hours. In some cases, launch may take up 4-5 business days depending on domain access, availability, and Hoot Host production schedule.
